Our mission is to provide services that fit your family and your specific care giving needs. To provide our clients with the highest level of quality elder in-home health care that is personal, dependable and affordable. As home health care professionals we shall treat each of our clients with the respect and dignity they deserve, as though we were caring for a member of our own family.
What is our purpose?
Fact: One out of every four households in the U.S. is caring for a loved one. Caregiving is no longer a private family concern. It is also an important public issue. While caregiving is rewarding, it can be challenging to the individual and/or family who cares for a loved one. Those who fare the best elicit the help of others to come along side them to share in the caregiving responsibilities. Our purpose is to meet the needs of individuals and their families who will benefit from assistance with their Activities of Daily Living (ADLs).
What is our goal?
Our goal is to satisfy the special needs of older persons and their families through commitment, reliability, accurate communication and most importantly, personalized care. We believe that whether you are caring for a spouse, parent, relative or neighbor we can help improve the quality of life for your love one without compromising their independence or dignity.
How does Share the Care work?
First, because each situation is unique, a consultant meets the client and their family to learn the facts and to discuss the various options available.
Next, the situation is analyzed to determine which services the client needs to stay independent at home. Then a plan is developed.
Our plan for your loved one shows what community and/or private resources available that will proved required services, cost estimates the cost, and examines the extent to which private or health insurance coverage might offset those costs.
Finally, as soon as we receive approval to act on the client's behalf, we will conduct a care provider search for qualified individuals that meet the client’s unique home care requirements. Using our years of experience and proven behavioral interviewing techniques, we will deliver a list of pre-screened, pre-qualified candidates. Our clients make the final decision in choosing the candidate they think will best fit their home environment.
